Commision Me

Do you have an inspiring project you want me to work on? A space, window or wall to transform, a bespoke piece, or a live drawing that would complete your event.

Welcome

I am Sophie Erin Evans (née Cooper), a visual artist living in Bath, UK.

I am inspired by the intricacies in the natural world and intangible human experiences, such as memories, thought patterns and the passing of time. I create works that softly remind us of the immense detail, beauty and fragility in humanity and the astounding world around us.

I create both permanent pieces to treasure and temporary works to experience. The pieces you can keep can be found in my shop, from original miniatures to beautiful scarfs - digitally printed with my designs here in the UK.

My work captures life's little delights and I want people to have that experience when they come across it. My temporary works range from art that immerses the viewer to subtle pieces that are almost hidden, creating an intimate experience when discovered.

I experiment with a variety of surfaces from different papers and natural materials to the windows or walls of a space. Creating work for me is a form of play and whilst some pieces shyly remain self contained, others step into a space; hiding in corners, climbing across windows or spilling across the floor.
